At Mompublic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, here’s how we can assist with refunds and returns.

1. Refunds

1.1 Digital Products (eBooks, Downloads, etc.)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable products are final and non-refundable. However, if you experience any issues with your download, please contact us at hello@mompublic.com for assistance.

1.2 Physical Products

We accept returns of physical products under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@mompublic.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

2. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at hello@mompublic.com.

3. Shipping Returns

To return your product, email us at hello@mompublic.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
